Return & Refund Policy

⟡ HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER

Please contact me as soon as possible if you change your mind! As long as your order has not been dropped off at the post office, I can cancel your order and issue a refund!
However - If your order has been dispatched, I can no longer cancel it. Instead, if you'd like, you can return your order upon received for a refund minus the shipping fee.

⟡ RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you change your mind and would like to return the order for a refund, please follow this guide:

  1. Please contact me within 14 days since the receipt of the order for a refund, return and exchange. Upon receiving an email from me concerning this matter, you then have 14 days to dispatch the return.
  2. Please pack the returned order properly as they must arrive to me at sellable condition (undamaged, unused). You will only be entitled to the refund of undamaged items.
  3. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned order.
  4. If the returned order arrives back to me in the above mentioned (2.) condition , I will issue your refund, minus the initial shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item(s) or there are missing item(s):

I'm so sorry! :( Please feel free to contact me immediately with proof of damage: photos or videos, preferably videos as you open the order!

If you checked out with the wrong address:

Please contact me as soon as possible!

  • If your order has not been dropped off at the post office, I can change the address!
  • If your order has been handed over to the post office, it is unfortunately out of my control and there is nothing I can do :( However IF it gets returned and makes its way back to me I can offer a refund minus the shipping costs or to ship it out again to the correct address with your coverage of additional shipping costs.

If your order got lost:

It is important that you file this form with USPS so they could conduct an investigation: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

If your order shows as delivered but has not arrived:

Sometimes the package can get stuck in transit even though it shows "delivered", please allow up to 7 business days for it to show up. (Up to 2 weeks for international buyers)

Or please check with your neignbor, and the local post office as they will have more information on your package!

Sometimes the package is either "returned to sender" or waiting at your post office due to a failed delivery attempt where the postal workers were unable to leave the package. These problems are issues with the postal service and not in my control. I'll try my absolute best to help and work with you, but I only have access to the same information as you.

❣️ IMPORTANT:

  • Refunds are not issued for lost untracked orders.
  • Refunds are not issued if the tracking shows that your order has been delivered to the address you provided. (Please make sure the address you provide is correct)
